House Calls Evaluation: the evaluation of a primary care home-visiting program for frail elders conducted by the Urban Medical Group in Boston. Includes a cost-effectiveness evaluation, participant and caregiver surveys, and key informant interviews with housing providers. Urban Medical Group and the Langloth Foundation, 2006 – present.
