Evaluating HIV Peer Training

What knowledge and skills do peers exhibit after training? This PEER Center presentation at the 2008 Ryan White HIV/AIDS Conference August 2008 explores the goals of peer training, the core elements of the training curriculum, and preliminary qualitative and quantitative results from a multisite study of peer training conducted by three education centers. The workshop was presented by staff from the People to People, PACT, and WORLD peer education and training centers as well as the PEER Center multisite coordinator and resource center.
