Peer responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one emotional and practical support to women living with HIV
- Facilitate support groups
- Stay abreast of treatment trends, provide non-directive information to clients
- Help train new peer advocates
- Provide consumer input to the medical community
- Serve on WORLD’s Speakers Bureau
Success measures: Adherence to care and treatment, more effective coordination of care among agencies serving HIV positive women
