Peer responsibilities:
- Conduct new patient orientation
- Provide one-on-one emotional and practical support to people living with HIV
- Facilitate support groups
- Stay abreast of treatment trends, provide non-directive information to clients
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Help train new peer advocates
Success measures: Reduction in missed appointments, timely completion of laboratory tests, patient satisfaction surveys
