What strategies have you used to encourage medical providers to accept peers?

Sometimes the message needs to come directly from a clinician—enlisting the help of physicians or providers who are champions of peers models is a great strategy. Offering local workshops or presentations by clinicians who see the benefit of this service model can be very powerful. The PEER Center website provides a digital video which features medical providers who have been successful in working with peers.
