How often do your peers get clinical supervision?
At Kansas City Free Health Clinic, clinical supervision is done weekly for newly hired peers until they feel confident in the work they do; then it is bi-weekly. At WORLD, the peer advocates get clinical supervision once a week. WORLD also has a weekly peer advocate meeting for two hours where they do peer advocate support and client troubleshooting with a clinical consultant.
