ECHO team workshops at the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Grantee Meeting

Expanding access to dental care
This 45-minute workshop addresses outreach activities to overcome barriers to dental care for HIV patients, such as distance from providers, stigma, low dental health literacy and past discrimination. The session describes outreach activities that were successful (and not successful!) at the systems level, provider level and patient level as well as strategies to promote retention in care.
