<p> During the fall 2008 SPNS oral health grantee meeting, sessions for dental professionals addressed utilization data patterns from the multisite evaluation data, HRSA/HAB performance measures as well as a HIV clinical update presentation by Sanjiv Shah, M.D. </p>

<p> For the fall 2008 SPNS oral health grantee meeting that took place on November 6-7, 2008 at the Palomar Hotel in Washington DC, some of the plenary sessions focused on the multisite evaluation, including information on what the data is telling us thus far as well as next steps in the multisite evaluation process. Included here are the presentations from these sessions. </p>

A publication and dissemination workgroup was conducted at the SPNS oral health grantee meeting that took place on November 6-7, 2008 at the Hotel Palomar in Washington D.C and resources from the workgroup include dissemination opportunities for 2009, sample abstracts, dental journal guidelines, and tips on ways to publicize a program.

At the fall 2008 SPNS oral health grantee meeting, Jo-Ann Blake, RDH, MPH presented a 7 minute highlight of the University of North Carolina's Oral Health demonstration project providing an overview of their program as well as some case studies of the patients they have served.

At the fall 2008 SPNS oral health grantee meeting, Alan Weiss, DMD presented a 7 minute highlight of CHC's (Community Health Center Inc.) Norwalk HIV Oral Health Project providing some case studies of the patients they have served as well as some of the successes and lessons learned in establishing their oral health project.

At the fall 2008 SPNS oral health grantee meeting, Avantika Nath, DDS presented a 7 minute highlight of Tenderloin Health Center's SPNS oral health program, providing an overview of the oral health program as well as some case studies of the patients they have served.

At the fall 2008 SPNS oral health grantee meeting, Damon Spencer, DDS presented a 7 minute highlight of Special Health Resources for Texas' (SHRT) SPNS oral health program, providing some case studies on the population they serve in over 20 rural counties as well as a look into the impact the SPNS initiative has had on their oral health program.

At the fall 2008 SPNS oral health grantee meeting, Delana Pate, RDH presented a 7 minute highlight of Sandhill Medical Foundation's SPNS oral health program, providing some case studies on the population they serve in rural South Carolina.

At the fall 2008 SPNS oral health grantee meeting, Sridevi Ponnala, DDS presented a 7 minute highlight of Native American Health Center's SPNS program, Project HOPE providing some of the patient experiences of receiving oral health care through the program.
