For Researchers: Requesting and Using the ECHO Multi-Site Dataset
In 2006 HRSA funded a Special Project of National Significance Oral Health Initiative to increase access to oral health care for persons living with HIV/AIDS. The Evaluation Center for HIV and Oral Health at the Boston University School of Public Health has collected longitudinal and utilization data on HIV+ patients receiving oral health care at 14 of these HRSA funded sites across the US. A de-identified longitudinal dataset is available to oral health and public health researchers upon request and acceptance of the terms of the data use agreement.
Variables available in this dataset can be downloaded and/or viewed in an ECHO Research Data Dictionary Excel spreadsheet [XLS].
A webinar about the ECHO project and dataset was held on July 30. View webinar slides.
To request the dataset, please complete the Researcher Request for ECHO Multi-Site Data form . This includes agreeing to the terms of the Data Use Agreement for Use of the ECHO Multi-site Dataset.
Once submitted, you will be contact by an ECHO staff member prior to receiving the dataset.
