Assistance with Other Costs of Insurance
In Tennessee, the Title V program covers co-payments and deductibles for eligible children and youth with special health care needs (CYSHCN) who are privately insured or are required to pay these costs under TennCare, the state Medicaid program.
The Regency Blue Cross risk insurance pool is a public/private partnership in Utah. Individuals who cannot obtain health insurance can buy into this private plan. Title V supplements services if a child is over-income or otherwise not eligible for Medicaid.
